A technician will respond to you within 24hrs to troubleshoot your issues and provide support. Remember to include as much detail as possible so that we can assist you in a timely manner. Quick Remedies
For more immediate needs, please use the chatbot to the bottom right of your screen. If a technician is available, they will initiate troubleshooting on the spot. You will need to provide a valid BMI school email address for assistance.

If your device has completely failed or lost network connectivity, please reach out to BMI Helpdesk Support via phone at 713-570-6085. If nobody is available to take your call, please leave a detailed voicemail including your BMI school email address, contact number, and details of the issue. These will auto-generate a helpdesk email as well for more visibility to the team.
